Health and Fitness Training:
Our Personal Trainers are the best in the area
with experience in everything from Sports Performance to Corrective
Exercise and Functional Fitness, as well as weight management. We will
guide you step by step from a comprehensive assessment to human movement
excellence. Whether you have an injury to rehab, are an up and coming
athlete, or just want to feel better, our exercise specialists will
help. Simply put, you will improve your daily activities regardless of
what they are.
For street fighting and defensive tactics we offer seminars,
small group classes (3-4 people), and private lessons in Jeet Kune Do (JKD),
submission fighting, and Kali (the Filipino martial art of stick and knife
fighting). We also have a group class on
Saturdays from noon-3.
